Do men really know what we ladies want? I can count with one hand the few men that really get us. Most think we're too hormonal. Yeah right! So to help men Askmen shares with them the top myths about women and what we really want.

Myth #1 Women Like To Talk

It’s a known fact that women like to talk -- a lot. In fact, research even points to how a woman uses 20,000 words a day compared to a man’s 7,000. Although you might think such info means women want to wrestle you into hour-long conversations, the truth is they just want you to listen to them talk. See, it’s much more important to her that you hear her out instead of warble back uninterested remarks.

So, instead of whining about how you don’t feel like chatting about your day, all you have to do is open your ears and hand her the invisible mic.

Are Men Really Into The Female Bush?

John DeVore, male writer over The Frisky, shares on his "Mind of Men" column that prefers women who walk around with a 70's porn bush. Surprised yet? I know I am. Most of the men I know say they prefer a nicely-trimmed vay jay jay and now that porn has become so readily available on the internet both male and female are thinking a shaved vagina offers a more visually and work-space inviting look. But John DeVore says there's no greater cock block than the look of a pre-pubescent vagina. And the brazilian wax? He thinks it's medieval. Why is he so into the lady bush? Well as he describes:

Are there men who really think this way? How Long Before You Shave Your Legs?

TMZ posted this picture of Golden Globe winner Mo'Nique from the red carpet last night. Now I'll be the first one to admit there have been times when I've gone for the Bohemian legs- honestly, from girl to girl here, I actually allowed my leg hairs to grow wild once during the winter cause I didn't have anyone to gross out. But when you're getting all glammed up for the Golden Globes wouldn't you want to shave?

Don't get me wrong, we've all done it especially now with the winter. Right now I haven't gone for a pedicure since late summer. I'm actually growing talons as we speak.

So I need some advice. Ok, I have been friends with this guy since the very first day of college.  He was my first college friend- I still remember the look he gave me the first time I saw him look at me, the first time he asked me for my name, for my number, to hang out.  I remember every little detail.  He's the first guy I had actually really liked and saw as being more than just a friend (I was 19 at the time). We became friends and starting hanging out first semester- and the only thing he ever did was giving me hugs.  But I could tell he liked me since he always complimented me in front of people and asked to hang out despite my many turn downs.  But came winter break I did not see or hear from him because he was in another country so that was totally understandable.  Needless to say- I missed him terribly.  So came spring semester and we started hanging out again a lot- we saw each other all the time and were really good friends.  Finally one day when he walked me to my car and he FINALLY kissed me.  Then after that night we became like a couple- only we were not boyfriend/girlfriend- to my knowledge he was not seeing anyone else.

We would kiss goodbye, he would tell me to call when I got home so that he knew I was home safe and little details like that-he never asked me out on a date.  While we were in bed together he asked if I wanted to try sex.  We had already gone pretty far- I mean we knew every inch of each other's body and had oral sex- but not sex sex.  Despite how much I liked him- and trust me, I was and still am head over heals for him- I told him that I did not think it was a good idea because we were just friends and summer was coming and I did not think we were going to see each other.  Even though he told me we would see each other during summer we only talked 3 times even though I only lived 2 hours away from him.
